BroadlySocial is a social skills training application designed to improve your conversational and social skills through exercises with AI and live interactions. The service includes various features aimed at enhancing your ability to communicate effectively in social settings.
3. Age Requirement
The service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using BroadlySocial, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Use by individuals under the age of 18 is explicitly forbidden.

When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the service, but by posting content to BroadlySocial, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the service.

In no event shall BroadlySocial, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of BroadlySocial’s operation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
